Hi,
For a while now I've been pondering about how get stuff to run when I login to GNOME. I tried the "Save current setup" option at logoff but to no avail. Basically I would like gDesklets to start whenever I login (or some other program for that matter).
There does not seem to be any default script under my home directory by default that I can edit to achieve this.
Thanks in advance for any replies, -M

This is easily done if you go to the Start Menu and under Preferences (I think) find the Sessions option and click on it. Then on the Startup tab you can define as many programs to run as you want when you log in to a GNOME session.
