Hi All;
I just installed Fedora 22 KDE spin as a VirtualBox guest.
I tried to disable the automatics screen lock but it still turns on automatically.
I want to invoke it manually only (if ever).
How to disable the automatics screen lock?
Thanks, Ken Wolcott

Are you saying that,
System Settings --> Workspace --> Desktop Behavior --> Screen Locking and then unchecking the "Lock screen automatically after:" box didn't do the trick?

No, I'm saying that I did not see this until you pointed it out :-)
Thanks, Ken Wolcott

You're welcome.
I wasn't sure since the other thing to note is that even with screen locking turned off the system will probably go into "blank" mode. This is due to dpms being enabled.
xset q to see the status xset -dpms to disable
