re-upgraded again and I confirm that I loose all networks (I get a two screen applet wit a red cross on it on upper right part of the screen. I am running it on an Acer laptop with Intel motherboard and wireless card

Works fine here. I've got an MSI motherboard with onboard wired and wireless options.

Please have a look to this comment, can you check if you have any file in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/???, in my case I had the configuration file for wireless Internet dongle

Apparently, there are major issues for users. Just look up the update ticket in bodhi and the bugzilla ticket(s).
Unfortunately, it's one of those updates that has spent no more than 4 hours in updates-testing before having been marked stable by karma-automatism. Far from enough time to give more testers a try.
Has it passed all the "Test Cases" listed in the bodhi ticket? The ticket doesn't give a clue. QA team ought to raise the bar for future NetworkManager updates IMO.

I had to remove /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-Auto* then re-start NetWorkManager. This solved the problem I saw after pre-upgrade F14->F15.
This is broken for me too, and only broke after the May 26 update to NetworkManager (0.8.999-3.git20110526.fc15). See bug here too: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=708626
It "works" for wifi only if you delete all the things as said below, but if you try adding a VPN connection it breaks again. It is very fragile :-/ I wasted many hours on Sunday trying to resurrect my laptop.
