I'm running a fully up-to-date, as of 2/2/09, F9 system.
$ rpm -q --whatprovides dhclient dhclient-4.0.0-22.fc9.x86_64
Anyone know where the source rpm is for this? Google only gave me a few hits and those pages were 404s.

You want to use rpm -qi, which will show you the source rpm the from which the package was built. In this case, it's built from the dhcp srpm:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/9/SRPMS.newkey/dh...
