Changing the size of a xterm

I remember there was a way to change the size of an xterm but I can't
remember what it is. What I want is the same thing ctrl-+ does with
gnome-terminal.
Any help out there?

Are you talking about Ctrl-right mouse button menu that lets you
select font size?
