The simple stupid way is: dnf list | grep -i package-name-here

That assumes you know the right package name.
mythtv is one that is hard to guess (there is no mythtv, but there are multiple components).
And there are others that do not name the packages with just the obvious name only.

Much simpler is: dnf list available $PACKAGENAME _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@lists.fedoraproject.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@lists.fedoraproject.org Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure

I generally use 'dnf search ...':

Or: dnf search --all mythtv
Adding the "all" option will mean that descriptions mentioning mythtv will be included in the results, not just packages with mythtv in the filename or brief summary.
Sometimes that finds a few more packages of interest.
