Lost QuantaPlus where did it go?

I am not finding QuantaPlus in KDE on a fresh install of FC5 and it 
does not appear to be in extras.  yum install did not find it.

That was a decent web page tool.  Does anyone know where it went?  Is 
there another good one out there.  I am not interested in bluefish 
unless it has been improved a lot.  It sucked two years ago.

It is too bad that Dreamweaver does not work on Linux.

yum install kdewebdev

How forgetful of me!  I forgot it was one of the development packages.

quanta is included (or should be!) in kdewebdev.
