Hello,
I have learned that there is podman, but all my Fedora 29 systems dont't know about it :-(
When I try to install I get:
[root@siffux tmp]# dnf install podman Adobe Systems Incorporated 16 kB/s | 2.9 kB 00:00 Fedora Modular 29 - i386 27 kB/s | 3.6 kB 00:00 Fedora Modular 29 - i386 - Updates 54 kB/s | 8.1 kB 00:00 Fedora 29 - i386 - Updates 64 kB/s | 8.8 kB 00:00 Fedora 29 - i386 31 kB/s | 3.7 kB 00:00 RPM Fusion for Fedora 29 - Free - Updates 15 kB/s | 9.3 kB 00:00 RPM Fusion for Fedora 29 - Free 18 kB/s | 10 kB 00:00 RPM Fusion for Fedora 29 - Nonfree - Updates 17 kB/s | 9.5 kB 00:00 RPM Fusion for Fedora 29 - Nonfree 18 kB/s | 10 kB 00:00 vivaldi 58 kB/s | 2.9 kB 00:00 No match for argument: podman Error: Unable to find a match [root@siffux tmp]#
Whats going on? I guess thespelling is correct.
Regards, Frank

And in the meantime I've learned podman has nothing to do with podcats and is part of the atomic host feature.
Please ignore my previous mail and apologies for disturbung you.

I realize you don't need podman anymore, but FWIW the latest version is now available for 32-bit, the versions before 1.4.0-1.fc30 (from just 2 days ago) were not.
