FC4 "Services" Configuration tool?

In FC3 there was a tool in "System Tools" to configure services. I could enable and disable FTP, Telnet and a hundred other things. I don't see it in the menu for FC4. Was I supposed to choose something when installing?

Check under "Server Settings".  U should be able to locate it there.
