Remote Fixing of Fedora X (Current Release)

Could anyone advise me of a strategy for fixing
remote machines. Same City, different ISPS \ mainly dynamic ips

I have installed Fedora for a number of ppl,
and need a method of troubleshooting.
Including Distro-Upgrade if required.
Preferably something GUI

If you know the IP addresses, can you try "ssh -X ipaddress"?  That
should let you have a GUI over an ssh connection.

what about dyndns for every site or an openvpn client which connect to
your server and then nx server for them, client for you for gui or ssh
for txt.

I'm using that and it works well.
