That is the original kernel for F7. Retrieve the rpm from your CD/DVD
or from the Everything repository.
Oops, my bad. You're referring to the follow on kernel. Sorry, you'll
have to follow Rahul's link to retrieve it.
That said; to prevent future removal of kernels you can either
disable
the yum-installonyn plugin or increase the number of kernels to keep.
