Upgrading to kde-4.7 on FC 14

I'm trying to figure out how to upgrade to KDE-4.7 on my FC 14 system.

Could someone give me a hint/clue please?

You could try rebuild from source RPMS of the version you need. When
you run into other dependencies where the version in F14 isn't new
enough, you'll have to update those too. Could be a long list :)

The kde-sig considered doing so (like what was done to provide kde-4.7.x 
unofficially for f15), but there were a handful of f14 low-level system 
libraries that were too old to support kde-4.7 properly.  Unfortuantely, I 
don't recall the details off the top of my head (maybe at least polkit ?)
