Can't clear a duplicate

Can't get the rpm to update.
rpm --rebuilddb

Try this:

yum remove acpid-2.0.19-5.fc19.x86_64

Since it's a scriptlet error causing the older pkg from uninstalling...

rpm -e --noscripts acpid-2.0.19-5.fc19.x86_64

That's really weird, I haven't seen this error in ages yet it happened 
to me this morning.  Not with that package exactly, but it's still odd 
it happened twice in a couple of days.
