Hi All,
when installing FC3, @ the partition section, it showed LVM for partitioning. Is this by default for FC3..? Never saw that with FC2. I thought it was an option, not a default. I didn't see any way to choose just basic partitoning, LVM. Cheers.

you do have an option to do "basic" partitioning but lvm is useful for all kinds of setups

Yes, you do have the option of choosing the partitions by yourself... but personally, I wouldn't recommend. I learnt that the hard way.
