I use alien to install OpenTx/Companion on Fedora
alien -r companion22_2.2.3_amd64.deb
companion22-2.2.3-2.x86_64.rpm generated
However to avoid problems with "filesystem" rpm conflicts
it is necessary to
export EDITOR="/usr/bin/geany -i";rpmrebuild -pe
./companion22-2.2.3-2.x86_64.rpm
and remove the problem entries
(there may be a better way)
