It seems that the flow of postings to Fedora list has dried up an awful lot after the mailing list transition - is all well? I am posting this from Gmane.

It seems this got pushed from Gmane to the main sites where I see the lists just fine within a couple of minutes - Am posting this from Nabble.

gmame is unsupported by Fedora infrastructure. Nothing was done to update them for the list migration. that is up to the people who set it up the first time. I have heard that only posts posted to the old email address are making the archives. but that is a gmame issue that needs to be taken up with there admins.

gmane hasn't migrated yet (ie, until fixed, it'll only see posts sent to the old list address). I've been told gmane has been contacted to update things, though there's been no news if anything else has happened.

OK - I guess if you access gmane via a web browser you would not know the route the posts take? I suppose someone will post when the new addresses are active via gmane?

Easy, if it contains To: fedora-list@redhat.com it's the old one.
If you see: To: users@lists.fedoraproject.org it's the new
(hint: it's the latter ones gmane is missing out on currently).

OK I not at http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.general that there is a line at the bottom of the page that says "If the information about the list is wrong, you can edit this information. "
Is this where the new information can be changed, or does it need the original administrator to contact Lars?

gmane has been contacted, as mentioned earlier in this thread.

By the way should the list itself not be changed from gmane.linux.redhat.fedora.general to something more in line with the new name? eg gmane.linux.fedora.users ? Or maybe even start a new list for this in gmane?

Historically, gmane has recycled existing newsgroups for list renames (doesn't mean they won't do differently in this case, I don't know).
