There is a major issue with the new lyx package.
How can I reinstall the previous version 2.0.7,
not the 2.0.6?

What version of Fedora are you talking about?

[egreshko@meimei ~]$ yum info lyx
Loaded plugins: langpacks, refresh-packagekit
Available Packages
Name        : lyx
Arch        : x86_64
Version     : 2.1.0

Shows 2.1.0 is the current version in F20.

yum downgrade lyx    may get you what you want....
