After the update I wasn't able to login through ssh. Restarted sshd and everything started working OK.
Now I have this problem when login in with KDE (from the X console). I restarted KDM (killall -HUP X) but it didn't work.
These are the error logs I get:

Sorry dude, but join the club, best bet is to downgrade to the previous version, and put an except in your yum.conf so yum won't upgrade it again.

Do you mean? ftp://people.redhat.com/dwalsh/SELinux/FC3/selinux-policy-targeted-1.17.30-3.16.noarch.rpm ftp://people.redhat.com/dwalsh/SELinux/FC3/selinux-policy-targeted-sources-1.17.30-3.16.noarch.rpm
Or using yum:
configure Daniel's repo:
/etc/yum.repos.d/dwselinux.repo:
[dwselinux] name=Daniel Walsh's Fedora Core $releasever SELinux repo (i386) baseurl=ftp://people.redhat.com/dwalsh/SELinux/FC$releasever enabled=0 gpgcheck=0
# yum --enablerepo=dwselinux update selinux*
I did this (FC3) and now gpg is working again :-)
Paul.
