gnome@Wayland - something is missing?

I wonder if your gnome@Wayland auto starts your chosen apps?
Also, my Thunderbird looks horrible, as if it was not using 
system's fonts, the same for figaro passwd manager - do you 
get any apps looks broken in gnome@Wayland?
