dnf Nothing to do but "Software Updates" GUI showing updates

I had a situation where a dnf update showed nothing to do but the 
"Software Updates" GUI had updates listed. Even did a "dnf clean all" 
and dnf still showed "Nothing to do". Clicked on the Software Updates 
GUI to install them and it did...  Why did dnf not see them?

Probably connecting to different mirrors.  If you would have waited some time they would eventually show up
in dnf.

Does the GUI function update flatpaks ?  If so, then that could be it.

On a different note,

does Fedora or flathub have that new giraffe game that snapcraft has ?

And has anyone ever played "Puzzle Moppet." In Fedora.    That old game
used to be in the Mageia repository.
