New LG Gram 17, trying to boot Fedora live CD, won't boot

Hi All;

I have a new LG Gram 17 laptop. Burned a Fedora 29 live CD, when I boot 
it hangs on these 2 messages:

(1 of 2) A start job is running for Journal Service

(2 of 2) A start job is running for for er-live\x2drw.device

Eventually the Journal service fails then it starts over.

Here are the Bios settings:

USB Legacy Mode   -- Enabled

UEFI Boot   --  Enabled

Legacy OS Boot  -- Enabled

TPM -- Disabled

Secure Boot   --  Disabled

The laptop will not boot off the live cd unless I have Legacy OS Boot 
enabled

Thoughts? Can anyone help me debug this?
