You probably can get by with adding --skip-broken to the upgrade command. Alternatively, disable the repo from where they came since you see "does not belong to a distupgrade repository". Probably those Copr repos.

Earlier this month (April 09), I had similar (not identical) problems when I tried to upgrade from f30 to f31. The thread for that is here: "https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/users@lists.fedoraproject.org/...". Maybe that will help. * I am not a sys.admin., * I was upgrading to f31 and you're upgrading to f32, and * there are other significant differences in out systems. Other members of this list are much more knowledgeable and experienced with these things. So please get their confirmation, comments, etc. before trying anything that I did that is likely to have significant risk. The key step in what I did seems to have been what Stan suggested: ----- It looks like you are having module problems. I don't know if this will help, but while testing upgrade from F31 to F32 to look for issues, we were advised to run dnf module reset '*' to make modules behave before running the upgrade. You could try that. -----
Good luck. Bill.

No need to worry about modules now. The upgrade process has been modified to do the reset itself.

Late here....
It looks as if mutter328 isn't in the F32 repos.
[egreshko@meimei ~]$ uname -r 5.6.6-300.fc32.x86_64
[egreshko@meimei ~]$ dnf info mutter328 Last metadata expiration check: 0:00:10 ago on Sun 26 Apr 2020 09:46:58 PM CST. Error: No matching Packages to list
Is there a reason you need that version or will mutter be sufficient?
And, have you added "--skip-broken" to the update command?

That's a compatibility package. Those dependencies are in F31, but they've probably moved to a newer version in F32. Have you tried adding "--allowerasing" to the upgrade command?
I got the same error with --skip-broken.
Finally I just removed mutter328. This removed the dependent packages (e.g., wingpanel-blah-blah), but I don't even know what they are and probably won't miss them.
No, I was replying to an earlier message. I didn't try --allowerasing, I had already just removed mutter328 before I saw your message. Perhaps that would have worked.
Thanks, Neal

Probably would have. By erasing. And, earlier you said you didn't want to erase.

That would have been clearer had you quoted the context. Since you're using the lame HyperKitty interface, this is something you have to do manually.

For years I've been using gmane to read/write this (and other) lists. Unfortunately it appears that the gmane interface to this list has become readonly, and I have to use hyperkitty to post. (Yes, I have moved my nntp clilent (knode) to the new news.gmane.io)

Or use an email client. It is after all a mailing list, not a newsgroup or web forum. IMHO the attempt to make it a forum is a failure.
