that makes more sense. because currently the f18 nightly rpms of ovirt are not
installable on f18 machines
it has nothing to do with ovirt live
or rebuild for fedora 18 the latest libvirt .src.rpm

I think that the best option would be to add Fedora's virt-preview
repo (
http://fedorapeople.org/groups/virt/virt-preview/fedora-18/rpms/)
which includes a precompiled version of a new-enough libvirt.
I believe there was a way to inherit packages from this repository to
ovirt nightly (on the server side), but I cannot recall what it was.
