Mom requirement is based on oVirt 3.2, let's move it
to Fedora packages requirements at this moment.

I disagree. Mom is available on EPEL, and should be used when ovirt-3.2 is build on el6. Too bad there is no http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/ yet - you can limit mom to 0%{el} = 6.

mom, let's move the mom requirement to not include RHEL7.
