vdsm.spec.in: fix req for glusterfs and f19

F19 doesn't have a 3.4.0 build yet.
Koji system keep sharing that vdsm has broken dependencies
for glusterfs. This patch will temporary move glusterfs 3.4.0
requirement for F20.

gluster code in vdsm requires glusterfs >= 3.4.0, any lower glusterfs version breaks its functionality.  I am not sure '= 3.3.1' would help here in terms of vdsm-gluster.rpm

too bad, but as it stands, our code REALLY depends on gluterfs 3.4. If a distribution does not have this version, it cannot have vdsm-gluster.

You would have to comment out that subpackage in Fedora, or work with gluster guys to push 3.4.0 into Fedora 19.
