Nitesh, could you start modifying it etc.? The main page is still the
wiki template page. Also, can you see if you can add a couple of other
active folks as admins? (It's good to have multiple admins, in case
someones busy, another person can handle it.)

Things to do:

- Set up/Customize the trac wiki pages etc
- Set up a template for tickets:
- - New video ideas
- - New video submission
- Set up ticket statuses, or decide on keywords and set up reports based
on them
- Open tickets for all our pending tasks

After all of this is done, we should probably write a post and ask
marketing to put it up on the magazine, announcing the new trac.
