That's part of what I was trying to tell you: setup.py build does not
work in that tarball. It's missing a makefile in man/en
Yes the Makefile is missing, but it shouldn't affect 'python setup.py
build', and indeed works fine for me with the release tarball.
Can you post the output of a failing build command?
