Hello all! Recently I got the wasi-libc package in good enough shape that I'm now willing to start recommending it to people :-)
The package should now be ready in all active Fedoras [1]. To go along with that, I also whipped up a basic test suite [2], where I gather regression tests for Fedora issues.

For general usage, inspect the test suite; the TL;DR version is:
sudo dnf install clang lld wasi-libc-devel clang --target=wasm32-wasi --sysroot=/usr/wasm32-wasi -nodefaultlibs -lc …
