New design for Get-fedora section

hello guys, so its me again showing here the new design for the get-fedora
section.
As planed for Fedora 10 release the get-fedora section should be changed
providing a better interface for new users (and old users as well) to get
the installation media.
This new design tries to help new users while not getting in the way of
experienced users who wants to download Fedora, as well as providing links
to mirrors, spins and torrent files, also some information was added to make
each choice more understandable following some old ideas that i've worked on
before[1]
So, please check the publicktest15[2] and give some feedback on the design.
Also (and this goes specially to the art team ^^ ) the icons that are
displayed on the new design are not the ones that should be used, those were
taken from google and i'm not sure about any legal issues they might have
so, i would like to know if we already have some similar icons to those on
the Echo Icon theme, as it would be good the icons fit that theme. If we do
have them please let me know where to find them and if we dont have them
so... is anyone willing to help making the icons to replace the current ones
on the new design :) ?

I do not necessarily need to know if it is not who it is but confirmation if it is who he says it is coming from. I hope this makes sense. Contributing to Fedora ...

I wish to contribute a free software development which uses Fedora-core but
don''t know quite how to go
about it. I have put together a package based on coLinux and FC6/FC8 which
enables an XP or Vista box
to host a fully function fedora core based Linux system as a geuest
operating system. It offers all (or most)
of the features one would expect in a full Fedora core distribution.
The problems I am having is that non of the open-source sites have the space
to host a project several
gigabytes in size -- do you know of any way I can get this hosted? Uptake
would like to be good - I have
had many requests for the system which I am supplying on an as-is basis via
DVD at the moment.

preparing websites content for Fedora 10

Hi all,
One of the important topics that came out of our sparsely attended
Websites meeting last night was that the freeze for all websites content
related F10 is 3 weeks prior to the release. Therefore, we should make
it our goal to have everything finished and approved on our November 3
meeting.
Things that need to be done:
(1) Text on the front page of fedoraproject.org
(2) Artwork for different places on our website.
(3) (MOST IMPORTANT) The get-fedora page, with all of the updates and
suggestions that have been discussed since the F9 release
(4) What else? I'm not clear myself if docs and release notes are part
of this deadline.
What I'd like to do with this thread is establish who the owners of each
of these items are, and then start tracking progress over the next
month. Ideally we'd like to get first drafts of everything done in the
next 10 days or so.
What do you think?
