problems with account

For some time ago I tried to sign up for an account on fedoraproject, That time I ran into some problem, and I never managed to create/use it. Today I tried again, and the system says that the email is in use already. My email adress is hennlar(a)start.no, maybe someone at fedoraproject can delete that account, or maybe tell me what the username is? I hope you can help me with this problem. I have been using fedora from the start, and red-hat before that, and want to join the community. Hennng Larsen

Countdown counter

Hi, I love the counters that have come out which count down the the next release, and was wondering whether the counter is a new one (new location) each time, or if the counter is in the same location each time and just updated? For example, before Fedora 10 came out it would count down to Fedora 10's release. Once it is released it shows "Fedora 10 out now". Will that same image URL be replaced with a countdown for Fedora 11 or will that counter come up with some other URL? I want to put the counter down on my blog an I am trying to figure out if to wait for the countdown to Fedora 11 or if I can link to the Fedora 11 alpha image found on http://start.fedoraproject.org/ and it will be updated when the counters start. I home this makes sense. Drew

hi...... currrently i'm using winxp but i like to use fedora coz i haven used it till now, i like to know which verison of fedora should i install .. my pc configuraiton is intel core 2 duo 2.4 ghz,1.5 gb of ram, msi 945 motherboard ,80gb harddisk,realteak landcard.. i log in fedora site and saw lots of fedora version ... so i like to know from you which one will suit for my pc config, and i'm also new at it... i am learning the command of it........ also, and can i used fedora and winxp in same system.. thanks a lot best regard nabin _________________________________________________________________ Show them the way! Introducing myself!

Hello everybody, don't know why i haven't signed up before to this mailing list but anyhow there is always time for everything :) My name is Stefano Sordini, 22 years old and passionate with Web, Linux and music! Although the young of my age i have managed to turn this passion into a profession. I own an Internet Provider mainly providing web design/development, web hosting, server hosting and graphics design! I have over 9 years of experience on website design (got my first HTML book in 1998) and this is the reason i applied for this certain mailing list. I would really like to contribute to Fedora's websites project either by maintaining current websites or by helping on their (re)design if ever needed to. I hold a BSc degree on Computer Science and now i am doing my Postgraduate degree on Management Information Systems in the University of Surrey. I have a 4 year experience with Linux Computing and a 5 year experience in web-designing and site-mentoring.
