That is a test page included with our operating system; we don't
actually control the site in question. For more information, please
refer to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ServerTestPage.
Thanks,
Ricky

If you're running a web server and are referring to the test page,
that is a test page included with our operating system; we don't
actually control the site in question. Please refer to
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ServerTestPage
If you are running Fedora and need help getting your system
configured, please note the webmaster(a)fedoraproject.org address is
only for issues related to Fedora's websites. For general Fedora
support, please refer to the help resources described at
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate
Thanks,

Hello,
currently I am preparing to update to F12.
When reading the webpage "https://fedoraproject.org/en/verify" it came to my mind that it may be even more comfort in verifying when piping the "$ sha256sum -c *-CHECKSUM" with through "grep DVD" resp. "grep disk" resp. "grep net" to obtain less text output.
So there would be "$ sha256sum -c *-CHECKSUM | grep DVD" for a DVD.iso-image with just one line of output not talking about the failed whilst missing ones.
Sincerely.
rabe

Fedora Website Team's Trac instance
I downloaded Fedora 12 KDE from the download page, and installed it to a 2
GB USB via the Fedora LiveUSB app. When loading the application, I received
a fatal error, reading that it was "sleeping permanently."
Then, I download Linux Live USB (www.linuxliveusb.com) and loaded Fedora 12
KDE onto a USB from there. When I installed it, the Fedora completely took
over my hard drive. I am not a novice -- I have installed Linux OS's as
dual boot on several computers before, and I know that I did the
installation correctly. After the installation, the Fedora wiped the NTFS
partition for Windows XP right off the drive. It has been hell getting my
computer back to working condition with Windows XP.
I guarantee I will not use Fedora again due to the troubles I've had with
trying to install the OS.

Josh Senic
