I am interested in fedora web-development

I have a request to fedora web developers to add me as a member. Thanks in advance. Also,I like to add: *if these things are already existing then I like to work in update process of these for current version.* my plain-> I like to develop few webpages which will contain step by step screen-shot with proper explanation about fedora installation and other options during fedora installation of the current version of that time.. Which will also contain issues like: 1> install fedora as a single OS in machine. 2> install fedora with Window's OS. 3> install fedora with Ubuntu. 4> install fedora with Ubuntu and window's OS. Also, a short list of few applications with few words about them or links. And help for few important configurations on the current version like network config, httpd config, etc. benefits-> I have many friends who are HOME users they dont know how to install fedora they are using window as pirated and other are forced to buy the original. They are buying OS it is not at all any issue of my this topic. But there are many who like to use fedora or like to give it a try. They need a common place to learn all these. Also, few of them dont know what they are doing or which option can give them optimum performace* which they want*. like in fedora 13(current version) it is possible to install KDE or GNOME or both Desktop types. A new user is using GNOME as it is default Desktop during installation thou he like to use KDE more then GNOME and vice versa. Thanks. Have a Nice Day. - by Prabin

Transparent Proxy in Squid

I work like to know the Transparent Proxy will be working with the Latest SQUID, In the Previous company I installed the Squid and it is working fine. But now I am facing the problems in the squid and many another thinks in the fedora, I want to resister in the http://forums.fedoraforum.org/ but I could not find and option in the forum to place a thread, So Please do me a favour regard sreeMon

Hi all, Mi name is Miguel Sánchez de León Peque, and I'm from Spain. I'm a student at the *Universidad Politécnica de Madrid*, studying industrial engineering. I have very short experience in application programming (C, C++) and even shorter experience in web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP). The only website I've created since I started learning web programming in January 2010 is Neosit's Webpage<http://www.neosit.es/> . That's why I'm just offering my services as Spanish translator. Mi nombre es Marcos Arcangeli, soy usuario de fedora desde hace unos dos años aproximadamente y últimamente e probado los diferentes sabores de linux tratando de encontrar diversidad. Es un echo de que uses la distribución que uses las herramientas que se usan para tal o cual cosa son en general y para los usuarios comunes prácticamente las mismas en todas las distribuciones por ej. GIMP, Firefox, Amarok,Openoffice, etc, pero entonces que es lo que las hace diferentes unas de otras y por supuesto que es lo que hace diferente a Fedora de las demás, pues bueno para mi la diferencia esta en la robustez, estabilidad de el sistema y compatibilidad de hardware son tres cosas esenciales en Fedora.No soy el único que utiliza el ordenador y tampoco soy un experto en ordenadores y tanto a mi como a mi pareja no nos costo nada adaptarnos al sistema y a las aplicaciones, todo lo que queremos realizar lo podemos hacer con una fluidez que no nos dio ninguna otra distribución por eso elegimos Fedora y seguiremos eligiéndola. Por otra parte yo personalmente me fui interesando cada ves mas en como se desarrolla el Proyecto Fedora y últimamente me entere a través de el blog de Máirín Duffy de la reforma de la web y de la sección que se va a publicar de Your Life on Fedora y What Makes Fedora Different? y como usuarios de Fedora que somos estaríamos orgullosos de ayudarlos en lo que podamos para esta sección. meeting today

I probably won't be able to make the meeting today; I am at LinuxCon manning the Fedora booth. I'll try to drop in though as I can. I did want to let you know that I did a lot of HTML/CSS tweaks to fedoracommunity.org and they are checked into git now. I started building out individual HTML pages (content-only) for the various regions... they aren't hooked in or anything (I'm not sure how to do that.) ~m

fedora wiki user account post-logout problem

Today I was working on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User: After I have completed I logout. Then I just feel to check and I press the back button of mozilla. I am log into my account. Thou, I found in few mins I cant do any changes. I think this thing should have to be solved. Some little fixes

I send you two more patches to fix little invalid or wrong CSS 2.1 and HTML 4.01 Strict. After applying the patches, the <noscript> tag in the <head> is the only thing that prevents the website to meet HTML 4.01 Strict. As I said in the IRC, I registered this project in Ohloh.net.
