Removing rhold docs and docs.old

With the growth of our doc infrastructure, it is probably time to remove some old items from the website tree. Currently rhold and docs.old have about 3gb of items that should be elsewhere also. Broken Documentation link

While looking for the Yum plugins today, I came across this page [url: h ttp://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora_Core/5/html/Software_Management_G…] The last line of the first paragraph is - > The yum project maintains a list of plugins on the page > http://wiki.linux.duke.edu/YumPlugins. > But the link is broken. I think this is the url that should be hyperlinked. [url: http://yum.baseurl.org/wiki/YumUtils <http://yum.baseurl.org/> ] *Now here is a question. *The Yum plugin page I came across is for FC5. Now, as its an aged version, are the pages related to it, not eligible for updating? I mean once a version is replaced by the newer one, the pages are left as they were? or are they updated still?* *

New User CAPTCHA

Hi, Is your new registration broken at https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/new ? I have tried probably 12 different captcha & I keep getting errors that captcha is incorrect. To make sure I'm not losing my facilities I asked my 5 & 7 year old, my super smart wife, to try it out and none of us can get them correct. I'm trying to register email penquin(a)kcnetcare.com with user ID ridezaga. Please see attached screenshots. Thanks, Paul

Hi there, I just wish to gain access to the site below. http://people.fedoraproject.org/~jwrdegoede/v4l-utils-0.7.92-test.tar.gz I have an upside down camera when using skype and found that site has helped resolve my problem in passed correspondence with Hans. To enroll with Fedora, as requested, the above Subject error message keeps on appearing. I have not been able to resolve the issue in spite of googling for an answer. What is captcha? Could you please explain what is needed to enrol or where I may get the latest v4l-utils. In my advanced years I need all the help I can get. Regards, Colin

A wiki entry seems to be broken, or incpmplete

Hi, I just noticed that the following wiki entry under fedoraproject.org seems to be incomplete: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/IPv6Guide The main text contain several empty lines, which, I believe, should contain Linux commands, but they are just empty. Also when looking at the page source, these parts seem to be empty. I would appreciate if this can be fixed. Thanks Alexander
