= problem =
Current Easy Fix page doesn't have a language selector:
http://fedoraproject.org/easyfix/
= analysis =
Upper right corner doesn't have the language selector as the rest of
Fedora Project web pages.
= enhancement recommendation =
With a language selector and po file pushed into Transifex.net, l10n team
can translate this page so that it could be more appealing to new
contributors.

by Noriko Mizumoto
Hi Websites team
Some of you have already noticed, we FLP (aka translation team) have
started the process of migration to new fedora.zanata.org instance from
Transifex. First all translators started to migrate in November 2014
(still going on).
It is time to migrate all projects. This is expected to start after
F21 GA. The documentation is prepared and ready at [1]. If any concern
or question, feel free to ask at zanata-devel ml.
It has been confirmed that the following packages to be migrated.
Could you mind to advise the contacts of each package current
owner/maintainer?
Package Name
FedOAuth

Fedora Websites
Many thanks in advance.

We still have some hard links to the docs.fpo websites, with the language
code hard written.
sometimes available in the POT. it should not be there… and we should
remap the language code if exists (like in the get-prerelease page).
If we link to a non translated doc, we just go to the index in that
language, and not to the en-US version. Is it ok?
In any case, we need to be consistent, some code has to change.

Feedback on the new website
by Oliver Propst
Just noticed that fedora have just launched a new website [1], must
say I like the more simplistic theme (guess it will be much easier to
get maintain) also its great that its very straight forward to access
the download page. That I say have some concerns about the workstation
page [2].
It feels very much like workstation page target engineers/developers
and not the advantage user, have fedora given up that market?
Some of the pictures on that page are not very nice.
*The picture of the person who gives a quote is unsharp and the person
looks very stereotypical of how you expect a developer to look like
(nothing against that person).
*One of a pictures feature a person typing on a computer with a very
dirty screen, think this ruins the pictures as it really takes focus
from an otherwise beautiful picture and gives overall a bad impression
of the page and to some degree fedora.

FEL selected by EFY for a story
by Sneha Ambastha
Dear Fedora Team,
Congratulations!
It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that Fedora Electronic Lab (FEL) has been selected by EFY for Electronics For You (EFY) Plus. I would request you to send me a tested link to download this software.
Every month we select one of the best software that helps in electronics design and simulation and write a story around it to let the Engineers know about that tool and its advantages. We also include the free version of that software in our EFY DVD to help the engineers have a hands-on.
About EFY
EFY group is a tech-focused media group that publishes South Asia's #1 electronics magazine--Electronics For You (EFY), and the world's fastest growing website for electronics techies--http://electronicsforu.com/. Established in 1969, EFY first became India's #1 electronics magazine, then South Asia's and now the title is the global leader in terms of number of editorial pages, as well as advertisement pages. EFY Plus is the EFY magazine with a DVD.
About EFY DVD
EFY started bundling the DVD along with EFY Plus since May 2012. Being a region where most of the engineers do not have access to high quality broadband, we at EFY realized that many electronics professionals were not downloading software. Plus, with the increasing size of software tools, the bandwidth charges deter many from downloading them, even if they have access to broadband. We also realized that due to a not so up-to-date curriculum, many engineers are not aware about the range and benefits of software tools. By availing this FREE facility, you can certainly expand your market in this region--especially India.
P.S: If required, we can sign legal documents such as Memorandum of Agreement or Terms & Conditions to facilitate distribution of your software on the EFY DVD.
With Warm Regards,
Sneha Ambastha

Right now, we don't have very good statistics about whether the deploy-to-
cloud button is being used. As I understand it, the current implementation
just presents a bare link which we can't easily log. I don't want invasive
tracking or anything, just a count of how many launches there have been
(analogous to counting downloads). Could we make the button link to a
redirect which we can then count?
