Hi Ted,
resending this also to the list as you replied just to me.
We are aware we are breaking bookmarks and have specific apache redirects
for a few pages, meta redirects for all the other pages.
Your proposal of a 302, or maybe a 301, redirect would be for sure the
best, but we are not able to do that, because there are other websites
living under that domain (i.e. our wiki). Also it's not really good to
redirect all the single pages for all languages (about 70) to the new
domain. It would work for the basic URLs which are not so much, but most of
the users visit the websites with their language code.
There are also some other reasons why we can't just do a server redirect.
Anyway, I added a clear note to all pages of the old fedoraproject.org
website to make clear we are redirecting the visitors to
https://getfedora.org.
Kind regards.

The certifiate verification failed due to a common name mismatch on getfedora.org
by Marsden, Larry
Whenever I try to access the "getfedora.org" site I get the following :
Obviously the firewall is way to picky but it is guarded by un-freindly dragons who won't adjust their rules and say
it is your problem to correctly identify your site...
Could you help?

So, none of the Fedora flavors are really pushing ARM right now, and it's
not Spins either. That kind of means it fell between the cracks... we
don't want that to happen. ARM is an important effort in Fedora. How can
we represent this better? (On getfedora or elsewhere?)
This is not an easyfix, I know. :)

their validity (no way to retrieve signatures). I don't even know who
generated them. As of now it is just as there were no pgp signatures at

Ideally the keys were online e.g. on the sks keyservers pool [1] and
signed by people I can build a trust path via web of trust.

Removal of archived threads in mailing list
by Andy Kannberg
Hello,
Is it possible to have a certain threads (which I started myself in 2010) removed ? The threads were in the SSSD-devel list, about the configuration of SSSD against an LDAP environment. For some reason, I did not sanitize the output from logs and config files, hence, certain hostnames and LDAP information is shown in the messages. From security point of view, this information shouldn’t been in the messages, and the company I worked for at that time wants them removed. The exact threads can be found here:
https://lists.fedorahosted.org/pipermail/sssd-devel/2010-August/004360.html

It would be great if you would fulfill my request. If you can’t or won’t be able to remove the archived threads, is it at least possible to anonimize them ?
