Problematic CentOS quote
by Paul W. Frields
On <http://getfedora.org/server> we have a quotation that I think can
be easily misunderstood. Dan Mossor kindly provided some input on how
cool Cockpit and Rolekit are, and how these new toolsets make server
management even easier. These features are not in CentOS or other
OSes yet.
But the quotation can be interpreted to mean we are somehow competing
with CentOS, or implying that it's deficient in some way. I don't
think that's what was intended or a message we want to send. We are
partners with CentOS in a larger ecosystem, after all, and both Fedora
and CentOS have something to offer in the next-gen server management
tool space.
I've reached out to Dan to see if we can get a restatement. Once we
get that, we should push a revised POT, let L10n know about the
change, and ask them for revision to the affected string.

Customization to a project's wiki page
by Chenxiong Qi
Hi webmaster,
I'm a maintainer of Nitrate. Since we already hosted the source code in Github, and are using Issues to maintain all potential bugs. Roadmap, View Tickets and New Tickets in the navigator in wiki page https://fedorahosted.org/nitrate/wiki are never used at all. We would like to make them invisible to users. After some research on fedorahosted wiki, not find a proper place where we can change options to let them disappear. Can you give some advice and guide? Thanks!
Regards,

#291: Issues with the greek version of getfedora.org

Hello,
Today I got to the getfedora.org website after it was mentioned in the
devel list. The site picked that I am in Greece, so I was presented with
the greek version of the page and I noticed several issues:
1. Incomplete translation
Besides a few headers and links that appear in greek, the rest of the page
is in english. I think it would be better to keep it all in english until
a full text translation has been provided.
2. Accented capitalized words
Greek has accented letters, but not when words are in all-caps. There are
a couple of rules that apply "text-transform: uppercase" to words that
were accented in lowercase. This is a mistake, but it also breaks the text
flow and it looks weird/ugly. (This is also a common issue with many CMS
templates that don't take into account the accents)
3. Font inconsistencies
The page uses the Montserrat font from Google, which doesn't contain a
greek subset, so the fallback fonts are used. This would not be a problem
in itself had the translation been completed.
