#385: I don't like fade-out feature at flocktofedora.org ------------------------+----------------------- Reporter: rluzynski | Owner: webmaster Type: defect | Status: new Priority: minor | Milestone: Component: General | Keywords: Blocked By: | Blocking: ------------------------+----------------------- When I hover my mouse over a section of the text at flocktofedora.org site the neighboring sections fade out, get white or blurred and unreadable. That's even worse if I hover the mouse pointer over the area with no text: in such case all neighboring sections fade out. I guess the intention was to emphasize the text under the mouse pointer but personally I don't like this effect. I don't tend to keep the mouse pointer over the text I'm currently reading. Instead I tend to keep it away, usually close to the right scrollbar. Also think about the touchscreen devices: if you touch a screen (for example to scroll the content) and it is interpreted as mouse hover a part of the screen fades out which you don't want. My suggestion is to fade in the hovered text rather than fade out the neighboring text. Hello, When adding a file containing my ssh public keys at https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/save/ssm?[...], I got the following message (key content elided): ,---- | Error! | | The following error(s) have occurred with your request: | | ssh_key: Error - Not a valid RSA SSH key: ssh-ed25519 AAAA[...] ssm@turbotape `---- It looks like the web administration page restricts the keys to older types, even though the systems it provides data to may support the newer key types. -- Stig Sandbeck Mathisen

Hello, and thank you for your time. I’ll be short, and direct. I used to translate some strings for the GNOME project, Romanian team. The actual coordinator is missing for years now, the rest of the members won’t change him So I quit the team, because I think is stupid to have as a coordinator a person Who doesn’t do anything. Same thing applies to Fedora RO translation team, on Transifex. I was denied access as a member, I really wanted to contribute, without given reason. Meanwhile, they slack, for years now. This is regarding "Fossasia 2017", My Talk on "IoT - Secure MQTT/HTTP Apis using Node-Red" got accepted by them. Unfortunately, I do not have sufficient income/fund as I work in startup to travel to Singapore from India in March to give my talk on the proposed topic at FossAsia.
