[fedora-websites] Issue #881: Supported Platforms should like to Supported Platforms section. Improve "(download above)"

[fedora-websites] Issue #872: Some pages use new translations, some use old translations, some dont use translations

Like at the bottom on the pages there is the common area that is the same on all those pages but instead of having the same text there are currently 3 version.
