[fedora-websites] Issue #981: Consider removing the API call to fedoramagazine.org

misc reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are following: `` Hi, getfedoraproject.org is calling fedoramagazine.org REST API to get the latest 3 news. While that's fine, we found also this caused a spike of traffic on the blog, and seems to be the reason why we went over quota last month after migrating to WPengine, thus forcing us to go on a custom plan for traffic.
