Hi Rohan,
could you please provide the link of the mirror which is not working? You
don't even mention which ISO file you were downloading, but we have
multiple options for doing so [1]:
1) You can use the torrent server [2]
2) You can look into the mirror list and select there another mirror for
the direct download [3]
3) You can always use also the dl.fedoraproject.org server [4]
