[fedora-websites] Issue #838: The Alt Cloud page should list all Architectures that have cloud images available

That's intentionally, because if you are looking for images of a specific architecture you should go there, and not to a specific page. We list all images WGs want to have, in some occasions we just link to another website (i.e. for Desktop ARM images we don't list them on spins.fp.o or getfedora.org, but we just link to arm.fpo).
