Hi Robyduck,
I went to fedoraproject.org and was automatically transferred to getfedora.org
There I changed the setting from Spanish to English.
The I clicked spins at the bottom and the language was Spanish again, only the "change language"was english i.s.o. Spanish.
So on each page you have to change the language again.
But maybe that is intensional.
