You should begin development on your own servers. Once things are "ready
to go", we can run the site on the fedoraproject.org servers.

Although it's very nice to have, Python is not a hard & fast requirement
for the web site. Do you know of any implementations in other languages of
what you need? If nothing else, they will give you a template to write
python code from :)

Various things to keep in mind:
        We have postgres & mysql available for databases, with postgres
        being preferred.

        The implementation should store data only in the database, in
        order to allow using a cluster of systems to serve the same web
        site.
