[fedora-websites] Issue #749: Unlocalized decimal point in units

piotrdrag reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are
following:

Currently, units always use English (C locale) decimal points, i.e. periods. Other locales
have different decimal points, so for example when viewing the Polish version, Fedora
websites should show “1,5 GB” instead of “1.5 GB”.
``

This is going to be a wontfix, at least until we don't start parsing image sizes. But
even then it will be rather difficult to show the format used in a specific locale,
because we just don't know them.
However, most of the languages where 1,5 is mostly used, also sometimes use 1.5.
``

CLDR, ICU, and glibc all contain that information.

I do hope this issue could be reconsidered in the future.

I feel that the fact that some people sometimes use wrong decimal points in their language
is irrelevant here.
