 When I open the start.fedoraproject.org/tr/ It always a download a file
 when I try to open that file with my browser I can see the website in my
 language but online, not working

 such as http://fedoraproject.org/tr.

 For the record, we have this issue for other languages. We need to check
 them all, and #138 #139.

 This as to be an apache miss-configuration. But still no clues.

 I ran the following script to know which languages are not pushed with a
 Content-Type not "text/html". thanks to Greeks (ticket #139) for the clue.

 fixes are on the git repo, but not yet on our infra (different conf
 files).
 I am adding two patches to fix that, just need more test before applying.

 Is the first of those patches for fedora-web and the other for fedora
 puppet repo? or ?

 I tried to do some testing today in staging, and it didn't seem like it
 was fully working.

 Ping me sometime when you have time and we can further debug in staging.

 Both are from puppet.
 The first one is just to merge all config files as we don't need separated
 ones. This is the one that I would like you to check as I am editing the
 manifest.

 Then the second one is just to get the language working, but if it does
 not work, we would need to use RemoveType instead of AddType or whatever I
 used... :)

 I don't know how the apache conf gets reload once this files change..

 There should be no breakage.
 I don't know yet if I'll be free tomorrow or on Friday.. will ping you.

 fixed now with the AddType directive for the following languages: bn, el,
 nb, pl, tr

 Please reopen if it's not fixed for any other language in the next houre.
