Time to plan the first meeting

I'd like to get started on planning our first meeting.  I need opinions
and suggestions from all of you.

First, the meeting time.  I'd like to shoot for the second week of
January.  At present, we already have Fedora meetings on Tuesday and
Thursday.  I'd kind of like to plan our meeting time in close proximity
to the existing meetings, but I'm open to alternative suggestions.

Second, the meeting agenda.  We have a page at
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Websites/Schedule to track our agenda, but
there isn't much there right now.  I know that some of you have ideas
that could be added.  You can either send your suggestions on list or
add them to that page on your own.

Third, I'd like to know if any of you have any questions or problems
that might affect your ability to contribute.  I'd like to make sure
that everyone is properly equipped to take on the tasks they choose, and
I think having everyone on the same page before the meeting will allow
us to get right to work after the meeting.  Remember, though, that you
don't have to wait until after the meeting to start working.  There's a
lot we already know needs to be done.

For those of you who have been following our CMS discussions, we now
have a new page at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Websites/CMS to track
our efforts.  All constructive additions and suggestions are welcome. 
We can also use accurate reviews of the posted solutions and others that
you might think are valuable.  I look forward to hearing from you!

Yes, we should definitely have our own meeting. A decision needs to be made to go
forward.
Please note I'll be on vacation from 12/25/05 until 1/15/06 and I really want to
attend
our first meeting. :) I would very much appreciated if we could schedule it after
1/17/06. (I believe Jan 17th is a holiday in US)

Also, we need to decide how often want this meeting. Do we want a weekly meeting? A
bi-weekly meeting? Or a monthly meeting?  Please note many of our members in WebGroup
are already on IRC channel (#fedora-websites) on regular basis.

Just about anytime Tuesdays should work for me. I'm in the US EST time
zone.

This page says that Zope3 is not yet released, which seems to be 
inaccurate given the presence of Zope 3.1.x on zope.org :) What's the 
story here?

I'm willing to postpone this to the 17th to allow Thomas Chung to
participate.  I propose we shoot for:

2006-01-17 1900 UTC
2006-01-17 1400 US Eastern
2006-01-17 1300 US Central
2006-01-17 1100 US Western

I don't /think/ this conflicts with any other meeting times.  Any
objections?

We can discuss future meeting times and frequency in the meeting.

My mistake.  This has been fixed.  The last time I had compared Zope 2
and Zope 3, which was about 6 months ago, Zope 3 didn't yet have a
stable release.  It is unfortunate that Zope 3 is not fully
backwards-compatible with the Zope 2 products, or I wouldn't even list
Zope 2 as a consideration.

Most of the key Zope products are currently only available for Zope 2. 
The Zope 2 suggestion is to use the combination of Zope and Plone, and
Plone only works on Zope 2 right now.  If we decide we want Plone, then
we would have to use Zope 2 until Plone becomes available for Zope 3.
