[fedora-websites] Issue #939: Remove fudcon.fedoraproject.org from the websites repo

ryanlerch reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are
following:

fudcon.fedoraproject.org is no longer in use, and just redirects to the flock website.

IMHO, we should remove it from the repo, since it is no longer in use.

Basically the proposal makes sense, because FUDCons are dead and that's why we
redirect the website to Flock. If needed, people could make a sort of FUDCon again, but in
most cases they are used to have their own FUDCon website, i.e. http://fudconlatam.org/
Leaving it there would not harm, not sure if removing the website from the repo also will
need some adjustments in Infra.
