not software update

dear sir,
      i am using fedor 17 . when i am updating software as a software
update the error is coming and not update computor software and bugs error
is coming report bugzilla . i am a new user of fedora . so please guide me
how can i update software and bugs fluently.

Can you please email us with the complete error that it shows? A
