WikiName disabled by mistake...

One of my fellows' fp.o wiki name is disabled by mistake, what should
he do to enable it again?

His WikiName is: ZipanChen
His fedora account name is: pan

Hi!

The only disabled account that I noticed with his e-mail address was
PanPeterx, which I've re-enabled for now.
