[fedora-websites] Issue #884: The second line of the header of the privacy policy has not been included in the translation yet.

sujiniku reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are
following:
``
about 
https://getfedora.org/en/
etc,

about the header of the privacy policy, 
the sentence 
"Use of Fedora services is subject to these terms starting May 25, 2018." 
is not included in POT.

I think that the cause  is , probably, because this sentence is not specified by html h5
tag, so that this sentence maybe not recognized as a sentence by gettext.
